| Hello Michele: Two things I'd like to mention, first make sure you are eating enough during the day so you are not so hungry that you feel the need to binge. And second hidden sugar alcohols and caffeine can have this affect and make you crave even more sugar.... Look at it as a learning experience for you of how not to proceed in the future.

| Thanks! Caffeine is anothe big one for me. I drink alot of Diet Pepsi, but since today is my fresh satrt on induction, I am switching back to water. I have a 32 oz mug next to me as I type-I am just not looking forward to the caffeine headaches .

| We call all those bars and sugar free candies and stuff "Frankenfoods". i.e. there's not much in them that's real or good for you. Stay far, far away. There are some yummy induction friendly sweeties in the recipe section which are good for the occasional treat. I say occasional because some people get carried away with them and, personally, I find it better to avoid all sweets, even legal ones, in the first two weeks. After that I find I don't really crave sweets anymore. Other than this little glitch, it sounds like you are doing great. Chalk it up to a learning experience and move on.

| Forgive yourself. You learned a good lesson early in your Atkins adventure, stay away from 'low carb' junk, they aren't worth it!! Try the Mock Danish, it really helped me in Induction. I also gave up coffee, and it was tough but so worth it!! Good for you, instead of giving in and going back to eating carbage, you came to ADBB. Be proud of yourself and know that you will never make that mistake again.

| I can't believe the atkins center is profiting off these bars. Although I have compared the nutrients and they are healthier then other brands they still just aint cutting it towards it being an acceptable healthy product.
