And if you're going to get it from a restaurant, you have to ask exactly what the ingredients are. If they ain't on the acceptable food list, then don't eat it! |

The egg drop soup you buy at restaurants almost always has corn starch in it. Ask them to make it without starch, and you should be fine. It won't taste any different, it just won't be as thick. |
