| heyya, congrats on the progress. Dont do any exercise to the point where your gonna hurt yourself that bad. Also a combination of some type of weights along with the cardo work out will optimize your weight loss. Good luck

| Glad to see you are back. Remember to listen to your body when it tells you to stop, you better stop. Generally it only takes making that mistake once or twice before you learn. You'll get your endurance and strength back as you gradually work back to your former levels. Congrats on your welcome back success.
