| Yup, That is what I would be eating for induction. That looks good. Make sure you put regular salad dressing on it that will help with your fat intake. Or you could cook your steak/burger in butter. Fat is your friend on induction.

Just because you don't have the book yet, I'd highly recommend to read the stickies at the top of the main forum: you will find a full list of the acceptable food on induction and it will surely help you in choosing your veggies! http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=3286 (Free wallet sized food list to print! Remember to limit your cheese intake to 3-4oz a day during induction. Drink a minimum of 64oz of water. | Why don't you get a www.fitday.com account, this will help you keep track of your carbs and percentages. You want 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs on this way of eating. Also, when you eat carbs and fiber, make sure to subtact the fiber from the carbs for your NET carbs. Oh, and please don't eat low-carb bars, shakes, and candy. They are called 'frankenfoods' here and can cause weight stalls and cravings. Good luck and keep us posted!!
