I tend not to eat alot of processed foods due to the sodium content. Too much sodium for some folks makes them retain water---which isn't a good thing for our hearts.
Otherwise, try to find a product with the lowest carb. Remember, that the nutritional info on the package is only accurate for the listed serving size.

After your 14 days, you look up the amount of weight you lose in the metabolic resistance chart in Chapter 13 of
Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, 2002 ed. From that you can help determine if you would like to stay on Induction longer or move onto OWL.
