| What other plan could you have done that would have lost the same amount of weight without starving? Each time you go off this WOE and try again, your results do tend to be slightly slower in coming. It also matters if you had more to lose last time...Keep it up and you'll lose the weight.

| Only 6 lbs in 11 days???? and you only have 20 more to lose? That's great progress. I think you need to have more realistic expectations. Step away from the scale and keep up the good work.

| I think you are seeing real progress as well. The real questions are: "Are you more in control of your eating now than you were in the past?", "Are you feeling better about yourself and your health?", and "Are you looking for a long term way of eating or a short term fix to a situation?" The answers to those questions should help guide you to sticking with it a bit longer or not. How fast you lose or not while certainly helpful to reenforcing the correctness of doing low carb is not the real goal. Getting you in control of your eating should be.

| It takes time to lose weight, that is the harsh reality. You will lose no more weight if you give up. This is not meant to be rude, its just the truth. Please, think of your health not just what size jeans you wear. You are doing great, please don't be so hard on yourself (and this WOL). The weight will come off, but not always as fast as we would like it to. You are worth the wait, and so is your health!

| Hang in there and you'll be there in no time. Remember that just a little patience goes a long way. If you quit or give up, you'll most likely end up going in the other direction. HAng in there please and goal will happen |

| Do the math! That's over .5 lbs per day. I guess you could quit if you want and then in a few months tell us your 190 and then try again. |

| Tina, I lost only 7 lbs on my first time on Induction. I will be trilled with a 6 lb loss this time around You can do it! |
