| Not a small deal at all!! This is a huge improvement! But be careful not to go more than 6 hours without eating 'a little something' to help keep your blood sugars on an even keel. Make sure you have a snack of some fat, some protein and some carbs even if you are not hungry for a 'proper' meal.

| I found by eating on a more regular basis, and by eliminating sugars, etc from my diet, those low blood sugar episodes are a thing of the past...yaaaay!!! As Elizellen says, don't go more than six hours without eating. Think of it as topping off the fuel tank through your day and have a snack every so often. You'll just keep feeling better and better. |

| I'm in day 2 of a clean (yay!) induction and my jitters and shakes started during class tonight. I wasn't sure I was going to make it home my arms were shaking so badly but I stopped to get fuel and a bottle of water and realized I hadn't eaten in a few hours so I grabbed a burger ( no toppings, bun, or cheese). I felt better within 5 minutes. I'm still a little shaky but not nearly as bad as it was. |

| Took me a good 3 days as well before I started feeling no appetite. Keep up the good work. God Bless, Joe |
