Hi - great news about weight loss..........

I'm on my 4th wk. now with prolonged induction.....and losing nicely.

Can you tell me how to get the tickertape thing for progress I found the url but don't know where to stick it, having cut it.....in which part should I stick it??

Hope am not being a nuisance......... I'm crazy about the atkin's dieting, and have the latest book (albeit in Spanish!!) and today have forced myself to down five 8oz glasses of water.......having just polished up some delicious pork chops and made a nice greasy mess of myself in the process, ha, ha!

I had a couple of problems getting my ticker tape to work also! In the end I just copied and pasted it in my signature and its seemed to work!!

so just go to www.tickerfactory.com create your ticker and then when they show you the finished ticker, right click your mouse over it and click copy, then go to your signature page and add it in by again right clicking your mouse and selecting paste!

Hope that all makes sense!!

If anyone knows of an easier way - please let us both know!

I'm pretty new here but am no spring chicken (56 well 57 in May actually) but I do admit I feel quite good for my age, and this atkins' diet thing is going to be a wol for me - i love it, coz you see quick results - maybe the worst part was the headachey fluey feeling during the first few days of induction , but then I felt this tremendous surge of energy, and noticed that I was losing a lot in my legs particularly , and could feel bones again!!! My waist in gradually emerging but stress gradually, I fit into my clothes with ease now and look forward one day soon to becoming a size 14 at least....

Now it's spring time here in Spain and people are flaunting themselves in their skimpy t-shirts , it is one of my little goals to be able to show more of my upper parts....... my huge 40c cup boobs are hard to reduce but am getting there, now my bra is looser.............
