| Congrats! Just out of curiosity, what does your menu look like now that you've been doing the "OLD" way?

| I eat alot of meat, fish and eggs, leafy greens are allowed with celery, radishes & cucumber (2 c daily) 4 oz hard cheese, gelatin, broths. You can have bacon-etts fo I came up with a pancake thingy I love for a snack-- ground up pork rinds (handful) 1 egg, a little brown splenda , a splash of cream & flavoring of choice -mix well and let sit about 2 min, fry in pam-sprayed pan and then slather in butter. MMMM I'm not crazy about the sugar-free syrups I've tried so It comes out more like a big flat muffin thingy covered in butter. You have to be sure to take your vitamins/minerals. This was Atkins original plan in 1972 |

| Congrats on your loss! Why go back to the "new" plan so quickly if this is working for you? Stick with strict induction for 2 weeks and you will be even more pleased |
