| That can possibly happen. If your skin problems are due to some kind of chronic food allergy/intolerance, Induction and this WOE will help to clear it up since you eliminate alot of allergy-associated foods like grains, nuts, and some legumes. When you move onto OWL and start re-introducing food groups you'll see how each food affects you. From my OWL experience, I cannot eat wheat products more than 3 times a week. If I do, my nose starts running and my asthma acts up.

| I have a skin condition called rosecea (causes very flushed cheeks, hot face, sometimes hives or small bumps when it acts up) that completely cleared up when I started this woe too. I now konw the cause was sugar as i accidently had a non sugar free drink a while back and it flared up instantly. first time in 2 yrs! I also have exzema on one of my hands and it also hasn't bothered me in a long long time.

| that's so good, i tell you my skin has always been good but it feels even softer and silkier than it did be4.......... I once had psoriasis down half of my face, when I was in my mid twenties, and it seemed to be the cold weather in Scotland that caused it or/and my diet of then - I would eat loads of cereal and maybe the milk I drank didn't help (it's not very good for people with eczema etc.) Anyhow, it's just one other bonus of the Atkin's Diet , eh? Bye for now |

| I just wanted to say Woo-Hoo to all of you! Isn't that just one of the best "side effects"? My allergies went away too, but mine were all nose-related. I am so happy for all of you! Big love, Stacy

| That's great! I don't have eczema, but I know that in the last two weeks my face has totally cleared up so much. I've always had acne prone/oily skin and it's cleared up so much and is so soft. It's got to be just change in diet...amazing! ~Jen~
