peppersteak and string beans

I've been eating this every night and i want to start making little dinners to take with me on the weekend. I know this is a silly question , but will eating this everyday stall me or even cause weight gain? Of course if i get bored with it i will switch to another meal. My time is limited so i want to make little dinners already prepared so I can grab and go.
