| Guess I'm following ya around the board tonight...lol. Tag. You're it! Let's see. You're on day 6, right? Hmm...and you've lost how much in 6 days??? Is that 10 pounds in your siggy that you've ditched? Wo ohooo! Well, let me tell you, you've lost a lot of water weight and are now in the phase of burning fat. There will be times when your body's fat cells will exchange for water...not shrinking just yet. It's just so science-stuff. lol. Anyhooo...then you experience the "whoosh" aka: Whooshie, if you haven't heard of that term before. Keep eating your veggies, your digest tract will thank you And you're truly doing a great job! Keep it up! |

| Thanks.. well I lost the first 4 pounds in WW but I got stuck.. so Ihave lost on atkins 6 lbs in 6 days.. but I weighed the same yesterday and today.. I am on my period.. I am assuming that could be messing with the scale?I feel kind of bloated... also is there anything I can take for helping me go.. besides the celery LOL... |

| great idea!! Weighing daily can be depressing. Dr. A suggested not weighing until your 2 week Induction was over. We have a Tuesday weigh in challenge in the main forum if you want to join us. It is not a contest, everyone is very supportive and its fun to see everyone losing. Do not feel guilty eating your veggies, they are a must have on this way of eating. OWL rung one is 5 more carbs of veggies. They really will help you lose the weight in the long run.

| Here's what I watch shrink....folks differ Neck Upper arm Forearm Under arm pit around to the front Chest/breast...largest part with brazier on Rib under chest Belly button Hip thigh knee calf ankle Weird? Yep, I am. lol. I like to see everything change shape by the tape measure. Some people call it OCD....I like to call it, keep check and tell the scale its a big fat lier. |
