| Herbal teas are okay, provided they fit herbal tea criteria in the Induction Acceptable Foods list. Remember too, these teas do not count towards the daily water requirement.

| In case you havent got your copy of DANDR 2002 handy here is a link to the 'acceptable foods' list. the kind of Herb tea allowed is mentioned in the 'Beverages' section What foods can be eaten on Induction?

| Why bother with tea when you can have decaf with a yummy tablespoon of heavy whipping cream? Its one of my favorite treats. I've never liked tea. It always has a bitter aftertaste. |
