| I suffer from migraines and was a huge caffeine person. Two weeks before I went into induction, i weaned myself off caffeine. i cut out soda, then tea and finally coffee. By the time i started induction I wasn't drinking any caffeinated products. I still got a little yucky around the third day, but i think it would have been much worse had i gone cold turkey.

| I also suffer from migraines, and when starting this WOE and told about the "induction flu" i was very scared of how bad they would become... what i did is start on a saturday morning, that way i was able to stay at home where im most comfortable and if i needed to, sleep it off. Now I dont have any kids, but maybe you could find someone to help you our for just the weekend? Either way....the induction flu plus already suffering from migraines....its going to be bad and it was for me. But the way you feel after is so much better than you could ever dream of and you will thank yours big time!
