| I typically buy unsalted butter as I can always add salt later. For sausage, I buy Hiland or Farmland Sausage or Sausage/Bacon 16 oz package. If I am in a hurry, Jimmy Dean pre-cooked will work, but there is some sugar in the ingredients (be careful about that). As for Salad Dressing, anything with less than 2g per 2 TBS should be fine. For other items, make sure you read the ingredients. You can certainly find Brats and Sausages with corn syrups or other sugars.

just eat liberal amounts of meat, fish, eggs, 4 ouces of cheese and 3 cups of veggies every day, stay full, and you will do fine. search for products that have no sugar content, but do it because its fun, not from a place of anxiety. how we Atkineers talk to ourselves is so important. it sounds like you are are certain you will have migraines when that isn't the case at all. i had no unpleasant symptoms during induction, i felt great all the time. no headaches at all. and since i have cut out caffeine i have no migraines or mood swings either. why affirm anything but positive results for yourself? don't buy into theories that limit you. |
