| It looks as if you are both off to a good start!! Try to keep off the scales till the end of the 14th day so any fluctuation up again (which is absolutely normal if it happens) wont upset you and make you doubt the WOE! BTW in case anyone is wondering a stone = 14 pounds!!!!
