The one carb ketchup from Heinz, O.K for induction? Also ,most brands of breakfast sausage have some sort of sugar in them, anybody know a good safe sausage for breakfast? I heard rumors that Mcdonalds sneaks sugar in their sausage,so Ill stay away, thanks for your input.

Check for turkey sausage links for breakfast, I think it's Jenny O brand or something like that, it's good. Also, Jimmie Dean doesn't put sugar and stuff in his sausage either!

I used to buy the one pound packages of ground pork and make my own sausage. It's easy just add the spices you like. That way you know there is no sugar or anything you don't like. I just went on the net and got sausage recipes and made up one I like.

look for fresh sausage in bulk like Jimmie Dean.
you can read the ingredients and nutritional values for all the fast foods on their websites.

If your ingredients in your ketchup are legal then your ketchup is legal. we have several recipes for it in the recipe database.
