| Another thing to consider is to make sure that the packet is only l serving, some come as 2 or 3 servings which would definately up your carbs using the whole pack.

| With things like ranch dressing, or any dressing for that matter, they are mostly going to have some added sugar. The key is picking ones that have no more than 2 grams of carbs per 2 tbsp. Those packets should be fine, especially since ranch "usually" doesn't have a LOT of sugar added, it's not what you would think of as a sweet salad dressing, like for instance, Catalina, which has 8 carbs for 2 tbsp and 7 grams of sugar in that 2 tbsp!
