| Great strength gains! Are you out of ketossi? if not don't run back to induction. Just back your carbs down 5 net for a week and see if inches and/or scale weight comes off if not back it down 5 more for a week and see. When you gain in OWL you should follow DR Atkins advice and back your carbs down 5 net to see if you have reached your body's CCLL as it is different for each of us. Happy low carbing.
