Default i'm stupid but back

so i lost a bunch doing induction, i felt great. Ive gained a few back because i started adding food back in. i'm going back to induction tomorrow. Ive still been hitting the gym like crazy. I can lift 15-20lbs more on every muscle group then when i started. I know that could have been why a few pounds have come back but i need to see the scale go the other way.

i'm starting tomorrow. i'm going to measure again and not weight for 14 days. i'm so excited.

Welcome back to induction and congratulations on your increase in strength too!!

You said you added some weight hwen you started adding foods back, so I wondered, did you follow the OWL rules for adding foods to see how they affected you?

Great strength gains! Are you out of ketossi? if not don't run back to induction. Just back your carbs down 5 net for a week and see if inches and/or scale weight comes off if not back it down 5 more for a week and see.

When you gain in OWL you should follow DR Atkins advice and back your carbs down 5 net to see if you have reached your body's CCLL as it is different for each of us.
