| Don't beat yourself up. Keep on going and remember what this feels like so you don't do it again. I've seen mentioned here by someone (sorry, I can't remember who it is), that nothing tastes as good as thin feels. Good luck to you and keep us updated on your progress.

| Hang in there and remember you have friends here who care about you and are ready to support you! If you're off of induction and just have to have some ice cream, check out some low-carb ice creams at your local market. They're really good and as long as you stick to the serving size, it'll satisfy any cravings you may have occassionally. Maybe your hubby would even enjoy them with you and support you at the same time Good luck! |

Ask yourself if you will be able to stick to the Induction Foods list while everyone around you is eating bowls of fresh berries, peaches, corn on the cob, etc. Contrary to popular belief, you still lose weight during OWL Phase. And the benefit of OWL is that you will be able to enjoy eating certain foods without the guilt of "cheating" or "falling off the wagon" while you lose weight. It's ultimately your decision, but take the time to make the best decision for you and your personality.

| just get back on track girly!!!! I gave in last weekend and had 1/2 slice pizza and ended up gaining 3 lbs it took me until this morning to loose it all back.. but those negatuive guilt feelings is what is keeping me form slipping again... focus on those and show that icecream who's boss |
