| The water thing: Drink at least 8 glasses of water (8 oz. glasses) per day. They say to add and extra 8 oz. for every 25 pounds we need to lose on top of that. It's a lot of water, but it really works. I have a 32 oz. water bottle and fill that up at least 3 times a day. I'm sure someone else will be here to explain about the other things you mentioned, but the best thing to do is to get the book (2002 version) and read all the stickies. They have lots of info for you. Good luck to you!

| Hi! You are limited to 3 tbsp of cream, which is all fat. Whole milk does not have a high quantity of fat in it (milk - 8g per cup vs light cream - 3g per tbsp). Total carbs in a cup of whole milk is around 13 but there is less than 1 gram of carbs in cream. Hope that info helps. I personally crave milk, I am one of those people that could drink a gallon a day. I have to stay away from it. Even one sip would set me off. I love it! -Yakara
