| Dr Atkins allowed us to eat what he called 'soy cheese' which is what we know as Tofu on induction. Here is the passage from the allowed foods list which includes tofu/soy cheese. Quote:

| I wonder too. He does not explicitly include or exclude them on his induction list. On the Atkins website, it says favorable things about soy in general. I could not find any particular references in DANDR. I have some tofu in my refrigerator right now with 0 carbs, it's 99% soybeans... Anyone have input???
