| I'm pretty sure it's a pequin chile. Also called Bird pepper, Brazil pepper, Chiltecpin, Pinhead pepper, Piquin http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pequin_pepper http://www.thecookinginn.com/chileterms/chppage.html I would say in my very non-expert opinion that you should be good. Don't forget the carbs of course.

| I believe chili peppers as a whole average around 4 carbs per 1/4 cup, chopped. 3.5 net carbs, again I'm not the law

| Thanks for the site I have a few plants and my dad has at least 20 plants inhis yard LOL being that we are Mexican we have to eat sauce ona daily basis LOL just like drinking water for us :P I just use the "molcajete" grind them? not sure what word is in english I just add some salt and water... but you can add some steam tomatoes and onions with avocado make some guacamole I been checking my plants and the birds have been getting them but today I beat the birds to it LOL
