| As I live in the UK I cant suggest any brand names, but ask your pharmacist/shop assistant for the kind of medication they would recommend for someone who is diabetic and cant have sugar-laden medicines. I am sure they will be able to help you.

| Its almost funny that you posted this, as I am having a horrible sore throat today myself. I even lost my voice over the weekend.. Darn colds.. Anyway... I've been using the CVS brand sore throat spray. It's sugar and asprin free. It does have sacchrin sodium in it, but its not like you'll be drinking the bottle straight, so I wouldnt worry about sweetner counts from a few sprays in the mouth. Otherwise Im taking Ibuprofen for pain and coricidin hbp for for the cold. Also, some heavy cream cut with water with a spash of liquid sweetner (I like Kaluha) loaded with Ice is very soothing. Careful of your amounts since you are on induction. Good luck.. If you are feeling anything like I have been, then I know your pain.

| Hot caffeine free tea, Advil, and lots and lots of water. Water is a universal solvent and a universal cure all. Hope you feel better! ((((((((((hugs))))))))))
