hamburger help

iam new and still don't have a recipe book for atkins .any way that a side , what can i use to make hamburger with, on induction or does any one have a nice recipe for it i have the ground beef

Till someone posts their favourite recipe in this thread you could pop down to the recipes forums and take a look through what is there, or click on the 'recipes' link at the top of the page.
You could always post a request on the 'recipe request' forum for some advice too.

Our recipe section on ADBB is fabulous! And dont be afraid to pick the brains of the folks that hang out there, they are a wonderful help!
