| Does a ROUND TUIT come with that? (Just kidding!! If only I could apply this to getting my paperwork and house chores done!) This is definately the way you have to do it. But it is easier said than done... putting it all on paper, reorganizing & listing on paper...I tend to skip that part but instead keep progress notes which collect as I go along into a messy pile, and they seem to help too. Would a voice recorder you can replay work as well? Maybe this should go sticky!

| I'm a major procrastinator so maybe this will help me! I really need things to motivate me, I've never had a goal in my life, so learning to set them is a challenge for me. This post will help me a lot, I think! Thank you!

| Writing down your goals , and reading them often daily, is much more effective then just saying them ,I have learned this from experience, not sure exactly why , but I know it works. I set small goals for every week and write down my goals then read them whenever I feel the temptation to cheat.

| OH another good Point is start an Exercise Journal Put your goal for all to See that's what I did I am running my first half Marathon on May 21st this Goal ahs been long and I ahve been working towards it for a long time. I only got really serious when I had to write down every day my steps to get to that goal. Now it's reality 12 days AWAY OMGOSH!!! Excellent POST Sarah
