| Completely normal for starting induction. You will get through that sluggishness.

| In a few days time, you will more than likely literally climbing the walls with excess energy. It does take some getting used to but it happens. Keep your chin up.

| What is on your menu? The "induction flu", as such symptoms as those you are having may be called, will pass. It will most likely be less severe or shorter in duration if you are making sure not to get dehydrated. This can happen easily during induction, as your bodd suddenly starts flushing out your system. You need supplements, lots of water & a good source of minerals/electrolytes. Extra rest won't hurt, either, after your workouts.

| Thanks for posting this...I'm on day 4 and I am EXHAUSTED. I work out with a personal trainer twice a week, plus another day of strength training, plus 3-5 days a week of cardio, and had a crappy workout on Tuesday with the trainer and felt like I was going to be sick today, which is very very unusual. I work out regularly and am pretty strong and fit despite being overweight and I hate feeling this way!!!!!! But, that being said, TOM snuck up on me this morning a little early, and I had no clue it was coming because I wasn't bloated at ALL I wanna take a nap now...zzzzzzzzz hehehe |
