| They are OK because they are on the acceptable foods list under special foods. 10-20 per day. They liven up tuna salad esp for me. Be careful of the munchie-ness of them. |

| But be aware that Dr Atkins also said that some people will have difficulty losing with them, so if you start to suspect they are stalling you drop them. Another thing some poeple forget is that the 'special foods' are supposed to be just that 'special', not an everyday treat - and certainly only one of the options in a day - not all of them - so not half an avocado plus olives plus cream plus sour cream!!
