Going to BUffet for Brunch and am terrified!!!

Hi everyone! and Happy Mother's Day to all the mom's on here I am going to brunch this morning and it's pretty much the first time since being on Adkin's that I'm going to an actual buffet.. I am terrified!!! We go every year and I do know that they are going to be making omlets but I don't think the person making them is going to measure the cheese and veggies out for me so how can I make sure I don't overdue it? They're also going to be having the regular bacon and sausage but I'm sure the stuff they use is cured with sugar so should I just avoid that altogether? I have tons of other choices but I just don't want to overdue it because tomorrow is my last day in the induction phase and I'd hate to mess it up.. If you have any suggestions on what I should stick to please let me know.. I forgot to add they are serving prime rib too, is that allowed?

You would be surprized how accurat chefs can eyeball measurements so ask for those ounces of cheese and veggies.

don't worry about the bacon curing very little is absorbed into the bacon it is mostly to set up an osamotic gradient to remove water. you can have mostr smoked fish if they have some salmon, fresh acceptable veggies should be fine.
prime rib is beef and yep it is allowede. if you need to know what is in the food ask before you put it on your plate many folk have food allergies and the last thing the restuarant wants is somebody having a bad reaction to their food as other patrons will be turned off too.
