| You may have to count 2 or 3 grams if it's really strong. I'm not really sure exactly how you should measure. Obviously, the best thing to do is eliminate it altogether and EAT the carbs. I have had a hard time losing the coffee addiction. Not a morning person, you know. I tried the strong decaf, but my body was not fooled evidenced by the killer headaches I've had the last few days. Are you still losing in spite of it? Try plugging it in to Fitday and see what that says. |

Frankly, I lost 100lbs doing this and still having a cup of coffee in the morning. I like decaf - but I keep seeing widely varying carb descriptions on it. 1 gr; 3 gr; etc. The trick is not to overdo it. I can be a caffeine hog. One cup doesn't throw me off track. Start having more or in the afternoon - and you're doomed. Personally, I have espresso in teh morning. It has so much less fluid that I think it helps on the carb count. I'll move to decaf espresso later on in the day. Good Luck!!! |

| Thinker... as Desertthorn said I also let www.fitday.com count for me but you can use the custom foods to add the coffee you drink and that way it right there for you to click on. Good luck... Yes I love my coffee as well but have to add half and half and sugar sub. |
