| Unfortunately there isnt much that can be eaten at chinese restaurants, due to the amount of sugar that is used in sauces. Indian restaurants offer a lot more opportunities as they are cooked with spices much more than sugar. I hope this helps a little? Rich

| Dixie- We went out to a Chinese place last week ( I was outvoted). It was a buffet and the only thing that I could eat was a salad and Wonton soup WITHOUT the wontons. I did dig through them a bit and picked some meat out, but I wasn't 100% about the filling so I just had a nibble. So if you don't want to be starving, eat a little something before you go and enjoy your friends company. |

| When we do Chinese it is usually one with a Mongolian Grill in it, so I know absolutely what goes in my food. Barring that I would ask for what MoG suggested - steamed or stirfried meat and vegetables without any sauces and beg for some garlic to be thrown in.
