Default Non-Dairy Creamers

I was wondering, are non-dairy creamers induction safe? I think that the frozen kind, like cool whip are...well i hope they are, but what about coffee mate and the such? Are those inductionable (sorry not a word, but hey...).

plus, does anyone have like hunger pains after they've eaten. like i'll eat to satisfaction, then like 10 mins. later have hunger pains, or could it be water pains, as in i need to drink some? but anyways, it's like my stomach is empty, then i get really hot, (keep in mind, i'm only 26 (with that last part))

Read the labels....if they have "corn syrup solids" or anything that says something of that nature, nope..not allowed.

However! I love to make my own with whipping cream in the dairy section (next to the milk) and mix it with a beater until it forms stiff peaks. Viola'! Cool whip! You may want to add Splenda or Sugar Free syrups to make it "sweeter". Just make sure anything you buy does not have corn syrup solids.

That was my question - why not use heavy cream in your coffee? To me the real stuff would have to taste better than some dried concoction. If you are really interested in the dried stuff, I would check the ingredients for any sugars or similar hidden carb sources. I too also whip my own whipped cream, and it beats the fluff called Cool Whip.
