| Read the labels....if they have "corn syrup solids" or anything that says something of that nature, nope..not allowed. However! I love to make my own with whipping cream in the dairy section (next to the milk) and mix it with a beater until it forms stiff peaks. Viola'! Cool whip! You may want to add Splenda or Sugar Free syrups to make it "sweeter". Just make sure anything you buy does not have corn syrup solids. Hope that helps |

| That was my question - why not use heavy cream in your coffee? To me the real stuff would have to taste better than some dried concoction. If you are really interested in the dried stuff, I would check the ingredients for any sugars or similar hidden carb sources. I too also whip my own whipped cream, and it beats the fluff called Cool Whip.
