| Mmmm I love curry and rice and naan bread and ..... Never mind, a treat to look forward to in Lifetime maitenance! Chicken is great, esp when you get the fresh ones from Tesco's, mmmm!!

I havent yet managed a exactly tasting lowcarb substitute for it yet, but keep experimenting with making an imitation naan bread using a sort of flax(linseed) pancake mixture for my DH who will not eat curry without bread to dip in the sauce!
