Hi there! u've got the name of my favourite curry...yum!

Welcome to Atkins. I'm sure with determination you will succeed in doing the 14 day period, esp now you've seen the scales. Now put them away and dont get them out for another week!

Dont 4get to drink lots of water.

Good luck!!

Try the Bernard Matthews Chicken Pieces - Chargrilled - you can get them from Morrisons and ASDA - about £2.00. Something like 0.2 g of Carbs per 100g - Really Beautifull

I havent yet managed a exactly tasting lowcarb substitute for it yet, but keep experimenting with making an imitation naan bread using a sort of flax(linseed) pancake mixture for my DH who will not eat curry without bread to dip in the sauce!

One of the low carb websites does lo carb wraps which might be good with a curry? Also Waitrose do quite low carb single curries (around 10 - 12 carbs), the chicken tikka masala was the best one but they dont sell it singly anymore, only with rice. I'm sure they are full of preservatives and additives but maybe a treat for Lifetime Maintenance?
