| Headaches during the first several days of induction are common. We call this induction flu. You can take something for it, advil, tylenol, etc. You don't have to suffer through. Feel better |

| Have you gotten in your multivitamin? Headaches are a good thing actually. They let you know you are getting rid of all the junk in your body that causes those terrible cravings. Keep at it and it'll get better. Grab a couple of Tylenol and you'll be ok.

| Miss Phode is right. Also, upping your water is a good idea; your body will be through it faster. If you get cravings, try sipping bouillion, or snacking on a protein/fat food.

| Keep going, despite the headache. You won't believe how much better you will feel with that caffeine out of your system. You will be on an even keel. Its worth it. And it took me about a week to get used to it. |
