| If you are still losing inches from somewhere on your body you are not in a stall, so stick to eating what its allowed on your OWL rung and keep going. Out of curiosity, did you add your 5 net carbs as per the book in the laid-down rung order - first veggies then if all was well a couple of weeks later some dairy? Or did you add them in a random order or together.

| Well I admit that I added Dairy about the same time as I added veges.... which is bad but this was WEEKs ago and I've lost 10 lbs and probably 3 inches since then... I also don't think I'm correctly in a rung two since I'm probably not eating enough veges... Its harder over here since there isn't as much salad..... but I'm trying! Kevin |
