| This forum is enourmous but the longer you hang out here, the easier it will get to find stuff. It took me like 3 days to find the right spot for the exercise challenges. lol. They are a little lower down in the forum. There is one for the 6 week challenges, which is all about general exercise, and a seperate one for just one specific exercise that you commit to for the month, i.e., abs, stairs, pushups, etc. Congrats on your excitement!! That stuff is contageous! You got me all fired up for you. lol. We can do it and do it without suffering. I'm nearing the end of my 2 week induction and I've had the best time on Atkins. Welcome to the club and just jump on in and post away!
