| Dr Atkins advises not to pass more than 6 waking hours without eating. I would say, eat when you are hungry, stop when you are satisfied. |

| there is no set time between meals and snacks for Atkins OTHER then don't exceed 6 hrs without eating at least a small protein/fat snack with some of your veggie carbs. so if you are hungry every 2 hours eat then if not don't
