| Have you read the book? Is that all you have eaten today? That's not alot to eat. You may want to eat more for breakfast and for lunch. Check out the review my menu forum or recipe forums for some ideas. For dinner, I'd recommend chicken or a burger, or fish or steak, with a cup of broccoli or cauliflower or spinach. Don't be afraid of calories, this isn't a low calorie diet, you should be focusing on your carbs while on induction and eating veggies as well. You should be eating 15-20 NET carbs on Induction per day, most of those carbs should be coming from your veggies. Net carbs is total carbs - dietary fiber. Track what you eat using something like Fitday. Make sure you read all the stickies, especially here and in the FAQ forum.
