| I'm so sorry you were sick. Glad you're feeling better and getting back on track, though. There's a few things I learned about getting the flu (the real thing, or any stomach virus), is what to keep on hand for "eating" during these times. Chicken stock, or broth, along with diet 7up or diet sprite or even club soda are a few things I keep handy. Best wishes on your journey |

| At least you caught yourself before it got too bad! Good job! As long as you get right back on the bike you'll be fine. Success is still at hand so don't be angry at yourself and just look at it as a learning experience. No looking back and no regrets! Good luck with the rest of your weight loss. ~Far la bella figura!

| Your post was actually very encouraging to me as a newbie....thanks for being so honest! I know that should I "slip" (and I'm not planning to), that I should not wallow in self-pity, but pick myself up and deny those carbs! You've set a fine example for others who may fall into this situation...I commend you!

| Thanks for the support. I know what I have to do and just get back to doing it! Frustrated that I have to restart the 1st week over, but I made the mistake of falling off...have to pay the consequence and just move on! Thanks again for the support and encouragement! |
