| Carrots are full of natural sugar. You can add them back eventually. Keep up the good work, it's all worth it!

| Make sure you reread the section with the list of allowed foods in DANDR just to avoid making the same mistake again You can also print out a copy of the 'wallet sized' list in one of the threads at the top of this forum. I made several copies when I started induction to be able to have one with me when I went shopping or to a restaurant as well as pinning one up in the kitchen!
