| Now i'm not the one to reply to your question becuase i dont know..but today is my 4th day of induction and i think i blew it worse than u i had a pinch of choclate..not sugar free its loaded with sugar.....i savoured every taste...but u know what ..i'm gonna take an extra tablet of chromium and drink and extra liter of water ...i'm not giving up i cant let that one taste stop the weight loss |

| Here is a link to their website where they have a calculator you can use to find nutrition info. http://www.kfc.com/kitchen/nutrition.htm And a list of ingredients detailing the marinade ingredients and the breading ingredients http://www.kfc.com/kitchen/kfc_ingredients.pdf A quick glance leads me to think the hot & spicy chicken, hot wings and extra crispy chicken would be fine but the others seem to have dextrose, starches etc in the marinade. Hope this helps! BUT even if you did chose one of the more carby ones dont even think of giving up thinking you have 'blown it' Just carry on eating induction foods from now on!!
