| Potassium is one of those things I don't particularly feel comfortable giving "recommendations". If you take too much potassium, your heart will stop beating. Likewise if you have too little potassium, your heart will stop beating. The best thing to do is to review those pre-diet lab tests you got before you started Atkins with your doctor. If those tests show that you need additional (or not!) potassium, your doctor will be able to make recommendations for you.

| yep and if you check your food log on a site like www.fitday.com you will find out if you are getting enough potassium in your foods. Folk are surprized how much potassium is availible in ther acceptable food lists if you chose wisely
