| I don't think you should worry yourself to death. Put it behind you. Please do yourself a favor and don't repeat this, it could be a deeper issue like reasoning with yourself to have this "mini" cheat/not technically an actual cheat. The games we can play with ourselves. I've sabotaged my efforts by doing this very thing. The BM issue can be alleviated with large consumptions of water. Tepid glasses of water are known to provide immediate relief. I forgot to mention that sugar alcohol stimulate many people to have a BM, myself included. No, they are not permited in induction and should be avoided to have successful results.

| bellezza Diet coke is allowed on induction, though i think you should try to get the caffeine free diet coke. Try to drink 2-3 glasses of warm water with normal water intake, specially in the mornings, it will help in clearing your stomach. i feel sorry you felt so sick! |

| Ummm . . . no caffeine, no nutra sweet. Think that means no Diet Coke. It's an awful addiction to break, isn't it? I swear, they put something in Diet Coke that they don't put in Diet Pepsi -- I've never heard anyone complain about a Diet Pepsi addiction like they do about Diet Coke! Seriously, although it probably won't KILL you to have one once in a while, it's probably for the best if you can skip it during Induction. Three good reasons: #1) Artificial Sweeteners can trigger a craving for more sweets & cheats. #2) The more diet soda you drink, the less water you'll drink. #3) "Caffeine-Free" still has a small amount of caffeine in it, which can also trigger cravings.
