| Eggs do have carbs, about .6 grams for one large egg. That said, double check your fitday entry. When I enter eggs in I enter it in as "one raw egg". If you enter in scrambled eggs, for example, Fitday's database shows milk and whatnot mixed in it. Depending upon the sausage you're using, it may have more carbs than you think. Again, Fitday's database will reflect one thing while your package may reflect another. Use the nutritional info on your package of sausage and enter it in as a custom food. HTHS ~Brook
