| Ya need to eat something. I wasnt a breakfast person either. NOw, Im not so bad but theres noway I eat a full meal either. Grab a hardboiled egg or a couple pieces of bacon. Something small is okay but ya gotta have something. Fitday (www.fitday.com) is a free online program that tracks the food you eat. all you have to do is create an account. you enter the foods you have eaten and it counts your fiber, calories, carbs, fat, etc etc all for you. | Wow...thanks for all of this information. I have printed it out to keep with me in the future. I just had two boiled eggs and 2 strips of bacon with a 8oz glass of water. | I wasn't a breakfast person at all either and now it's my favorite meal of the day! I go to bed craving breakfast! I wake up every morning early enough to make something...usually a sausage & cheese omelet or some bacon and eggs with cheese or something...usually throw some veggies in there. Start eating up, drinking lots of water and you'll find you have so much more energy! I find Fitday indispensable. Take a look at mine (link below) if you need any guidance. Good luck!
