| Welcome! Congrats on your successes so far. And good for you, getting going on the exercise so soon. You'll find ADBB is a wonderful place for information, comfort and support; there's always a friendly ear and someone knowlegeable around. Can't help on the pastrami question I'm afraid. I can't get that (I don't think) here in Italy, and am not even sure what it is. Someone else is sure to be able to help you though. Look forward to seeing you around the board.

| Good for you! Pastrami- check the ingredients label. Ive found some (the name brand escapes me) that was not filled with garbage like sugar in 6 different forms. Great for hubby empowering you and your weight loss by vowing to clean the garage for your workouts! wooot!
