Default First week over!

Hi All

My first week ends tonight - and I've been very very good - totally cheat free!!! yippeee! Just another week to go - but the scales are looking very promising even this early on!

I've upped my exercise regime! I've dug my step machine out from under all the rubbish in the garage, and I think my husband thought I'd gone nuts last night when her came in from work - he found me with the music blaring, stepping in the middle of the garage - he said you could hear the music half way down the Lane - oopps!!! But I managed to do 40 minutes on it and burn 410 cals!! And to be honest - I really enjoyed it! My husband has even decided to clear the garage out so I dont break any limbs getting to the step machine!!!

Just a quick question - I've just had the most gorgeous lunch, it was pastrami, stilton and green chilli salad with mayo, am I ok having pastrami on induction??? I just thought it was rare beef, but someone in work has suggested its not! It was only a small portion!!

keep thinking thin everyone

jane x

Welcome! Congrats on your successes so far. And good for you, getting going on the exercise so soon. You'll find ADBB is a wonderful place for information, comfort and support; there's always a friendly ear and someone knowlegeable around.

Can't help on the pastrami question I'm afraid. I can't get that (I don't think) here in Italy, and am not even sure what it is. Someone else is sure to be able to help you though.

Look forward to seeing you around the board.

Good for you!

Pastrami- check the ingredients label. Ive found some (the name brand escapes me) that was not filled with garbage like sugar in 6 different forms.

Great for hubby empowering you and your weight loss by vowing to clean the garage for your workouts! wooot!
