| Just find the lowest count you honestly can. I find better counts from the stuff in the refrigerator part of the produce section and look for Bleu cheeses and Ranches if you like them. Those tend to be lower and for some reason the fridge brands tend to lay off the sugar in the Ranches and Bleu cheeses more than the canned goods aisle ones. I hope this makes sense. Just be sure you're counting them.

| You can spare yourself those carbs for better use if you make up your own dressing. Olive oil, a good vinegar, salt, pepper plus your choice herbs and spices make a great dressing with no sugar.
