Hi everyone!

I started eating low-carb the 15th, started actually following the Atkins rules yesterday. My body took yesterday as day 2, I think, because the headaches started and it was terrible. Last night, my stomach started cramping terribly. I thought it could not possibly be induction flu. It felt like someone was twisting my stomach in knots! But, it must have been the "flu" since I feel much better this morning. Today I woke up with what I would call a "headache hangover" but it's gradually going away. I feel more energy today and my vision seems clearer. I wanted to thank you all for the advice. I think I'm over the hump and looking forward to doing the plan now!
