| I HATE THAT! It drives me nuts. It seems like EVERYTHING has some form of sugar! I've read on this site's FAQs and heard from more senior members that if the carb count is 0g, the sugar count is 0g, and the sugar/dextrose/corn syrup/whatever is listed more toward the bottom that it's OK. Not ideal, but OK. I've only been on induction for a few days now but I haven't had any bacon, lunch meat, and hardly any mayonnaise (even though I want to) because I can't bring myself to eat something that lists sugar as an ingredient! Anyway. I think you're probably OK. If not, how could ANYONE do Atkins without spending a fortune and failing? If all we could eat was eggs and beef no one would ever be successful. |
