| How drastic of a change is the way you're eating now compared to the wa you were eating? Make sure you're replacing the water you're losing. Are you eating within the constraints of the bok?

| Lol, its always nice to give someone a laugh in regards to poop. Ok, and this might be gross...but the veggies i do eat, "spinach, mixed greens salad" all end up...like..not digested.

| It might be all the fat. Are you eating a lot more fat now than you were before? I know sometimes if I eat a really high fat meal it can mess with my tummy. Your system should adjust and get used to the higher fat content. How many days has this been going on? If it goes past day 3 or 4 I would call your Dr.... P.S. That's normal with lots of veggies like lettuce, corn

| Sounds like you are experiencing "dumping". It can happen until your body adjusts to the new way you are eating. Drink your water. Eat other fiber and don't just rely on leafy greens. Try cauliflower and broccoli. And make sure you are getting your proper balance of fat, protein and carbs.
